Social Behavior Coach in a Box

Ripple Effects Social Learning Software Applications help managers and employees build people skills correlated with improved performance, more effective teams, reduced legal exposure, and a better bottom line. Ripple Effects has the only effective, social behavior e-learning application on the market: the Coach series.

Ripple Effects Coach Series takes best practices in soft skill training, breaks them down into "Lego™ like" modular pieces; translates them into simple English, sets them in a visually compelling, interactive, emotionally engaging, media rich context; and adds a management system to customize content and an assessment system to measure progress. Ripple Effects sell these products, and supports them with customized implementation plans and training. Currently delivered via CD-ROM, the system will be web-enabled for broadband delivery soon.
