Ripple Effects software products are available in five kinds of licenses: Single Computer, 5 Computer, 30 Computer, Unlimited Site , and Volume. All manuals/guides are available on line for easy printing by customers. Media can be wither DVD or CD ROM. Please note The Teens program requires 3 CD-ROMs or one DVD. All other programs are on one disk.

Single Computer License

This licenses you to install the software on a single computer, for use by an unlimited number of students. You get:

SOFTWARE 1 software disk set for Mac/Windows.

MANUALS 1 User Guide plus 1 Implementation Planner for the program(s) ordered

TECHNICAL SUPPORT Unlimited telephone and email technical support.

5-Pack Computer License

This is a license to install the software on up to five computers at one site.You get:

SOFTWARE 2 DVD or 1 CD-ROM software disk sets for Mac/Windows.

MANUALS 2 User's Guides plus 1 Implementation Planner plus 1 Technology Guide for the program(s)

TECHNICAL SUPPORT Unlimited telephone and email technical support.

30-Pack Computer License

This is a license to install the software on no more than thirty computers, and those computers must be at a single site. You get:

Unlimited Site License

This is a license for unlimited use throughout the licensed building/site. You can install the software on any computer or network within the purchasing site's building, for use by an unlimited number of students served by that site. You get:

MANUALS 10 User's Guides plus 10 Implementation Planners plus 5 Technology Guides plus 5 Behavior Treatment Guides (with Scope and Sequences) for the program(s)

Volume/District-wide License

A volume license enables a minimum of 5,000 users throughout a district or similar organizations to use the program. Since this pricing is done per user, the number of users of the program must be equal or less than the number of users listed on the purchase order.

You can install the software on any computer or network within the purchasing site's purview, again, as long as you serve no more than the number of users listed on the purchase order.

Fulfillment of a volume license differs based on the needs of each client. Usually it means shipping up to 25 manuals that each contain multiple sets of software.

SOFTWARE Software disk sets for Mac/Windows, as needed by clients, usually 2 sets of software per site.

Training and Support Services

Ripple Effects offers separate contracts for Staff and Trainer Training and Implementation Support. Each is priced based on specific needs. Generally, a one day, six hour training is $2,500. Trainings can be as short as 2 hours, and as long as 2 days, depending on the client needs.

Customized Implementation Plans, customized programs, and other support services are priced individually.
