Ripple Effects offers three kinds of ongoing support.

Technical Assistance

Ripple Effects staff are available by phone, fax or e-mail to assist you if you run into any problems in setting up the program, or if you have questions about compatibility with your equipment.

Implementation Assistance

You can e-mail Ripple Effects your questions about implementation and expect a reply by the next day. There is NO CHARGE for this service. Whether staff motivation is falling off, you have found a part of the program not to be effective with certain students, or you just have ideas about how to improve the program, we want to hear from you and help you succeed with our products. E-Mentoring and Coaching

The electronic mentoring and coaching option provides a means for monitoring implementation and individualizing support for each program implementor. With this system, we provide a simple weekly progress report form. It includes a space for users to identify any barriers to success they encountered that week. Users complete the form and file it electronically, or via fax. We respond individually to each user, providing whatever individualized instruction is needed to enable them to be successful.
