Ripple Effects products are licensed per computer and any number students can use an individual computer. All licenses are perpetual licenses to use the product.

Included in all prices are free telephone and email technical support, and free upgrades for one year after purchase. Upgrade Plans for years two and later available for an annual fee of 15% of the initial purchase cost.Fees for services - training, customization, implementation support, e-mentoring - are separate, and vary depending on your needs.

All products come on a hybrid (Mac/PC) CD-ROM, with a User Manual.
