Except for the school administrator who is our contact person, we have made it impossible to put your name anywhere in the survey. This is to ensure absolute privacy and confidentiality of your answers.

This survey does not include questions about personal or social behavior outside of a school context. Specifically, it does not include questions about drug or alcohol use or sexual behavior outside of school. For this reason, in most school districts parental permission will not be necessary for students to take the survey or view the results.

Ripple Effects will not disclose your school's results to any one for any reason.

Ripple Effects analysts from time to time review school results, and analyze them, but any reporting of these results is entirely confidential, and respects the privacy of individual schools. Identifying data such as school name or location will NEVER be used.

You have the option of inputting your email address, so that your account information can be sent to you. We will never use your email for any other purpose than to communicate with you about your account, and never share your email with anyone, ever, period.
