When I was thirteen years old, I was attacked while sitting in a subway train by a white boy. Then he angrily screamed at me, saying "Go back to your country, you $^&**! Vietnamese, you don't belong here."

Luckily, the train came to a stop. He continued to scream at everybody else on the train, "These Vietnamese come to our country, take over our land and businesses." His words made me tremble.
