...These types of meetings are important, if not groundbreaking, in that they are paving a path for a generation which has not yet begun to march. This notwithstanding, they are still only meetings, and do not guarantee anyone will actually travel in that direction. There have to be other ways to reinforce the decisions and ideas that come out of these meetings and foster the internal sensors of right and wrong. Take for example "Ripple Effects for Teens" a new software tool manufactured by San Francisco-based company Ripple Effects, Inc. that enables its users to develop their social -emotional - skills, asses their own risk potential and, ultimately, utilize this knowledge to solve the real-life problems that they might encounter.
